Grove Social Care is passionate about the young people that we are fortunate enough to support. Our Senior Management and many staff have years of experience in supporting young people in supported living environments, as well as in sports teams and youth projects. We place young people at the heart of what we do – we listen and respect what they have to say, respect their rights and hopes for the future and are committed to keeping them safe and addressing their needs. Our ethos is to be supportive, nurturing and understanding.

We also provide support workers to companies who deliver support and accommodation to children and young people aged 16 to 18, who have challenging behaviours and complex needs within the sector for ‘looked after’ children.
